Logs for you and him show it to be something beyond control.  No kicking occurred at least.  I did see he commented about his frame rate being low. 

(FPS should always be about 60, don't know what it actually is for him, but if he is having a frame rate issue, he really shouldn't host.  I see pings in the log of 160ms average.)

He has a decent computer (dual core - Nvidia video, I don't know why he'd have a slow FPS, software config prob needs a tuneup.)

  I put Dallas on my banned list 6 months ago. I was beating him in a game he was hosting and he bailed on me. I will still play against him but not when he is hosting.

About my experience with Dallas: He left one game (not being host) some time ago, he being the last without chances of winning. Today I´ve played with him as host. I suddenly got the message that my network connection timed out (or something) and was OUT. The game was running very slowly all the time. This is the first time for me that a game comes to a standstill and I am the only one to be OUT. Of course, I got the "abandoned". Well, I don´t know how to interpret these things - I just leave it to you. But I didn´t leave the game on purpose. Greetings...
