Game freeze / network time out

Hi All,

Looking for help - game has been freezing on me and I thought it was wireless connection so I upgraded firmware, updated all drivers and adaptors and reset cable modem - thought problem solved however still getting network connection time out and lose game connection even though I have ran cable straight to router.

I use Shaw Cable for ISP

Please help as this is really annoying not to be able to finish a game - plus it adds to my abandoned numbers and ....

There can be a lot of reasons why the connection fails and unfortunately I can't give you any good advice on that problem. If you have any ongoing downloads in the background you can try to put them on hold while playing. Does this happen early in your games or after several rounds?
