Seem to be starting to have issues with BOTs, and I'm wondering what our policy is supposed to be regarding them, to report/not report?  How can we make sure that bots don't get ranked with real players?

When reporting you should send me a private message or email with as much information as possible about the issue. There is a report button in the forum in case you need to report a forum post.

Do you think there's an issue with bots signing up for accounts or actually playing the game?
