Hello all.  I'm from Ontario Canada, and grew up with a C64, my favourite game was M.U.L.E.  I was really excited to play but I'm finding the controls really frustrating.  Normally I'm fine with keyboard, I'm used to it, however in the games I've been playing I find when you hold down the cursor for too long you end up overshooting your destination.  I'm used to games that move in the direction you press, and stop when you stop pressing the key.  Is there something in the settings that can fix this issue, or even my computer settings?  Is this a lag issue?  Java?  Anyone else have this problem?

Does the problem appear when you are in a training game? If it doesn't, you can rule out the lag.

Hey again Makelith!

Sounds like the FPS issue I was having, down at the bottom of the screen when playing it gives you a "frame per second" rating, is it dropping to 1 - 20? It should stay around 30 - 60 otherwise you will have major issues...  I found turning the "Sound Off" fixes the problem for me, although it comes back and I have to turn sound off again for a round to get the FPS to be fixed... I have gotten into the habit of just turning it off and on before and after the beginning of the land grant phases.

Hope this helps, sure would like to know I am beating without any handicaps!!!
