Looks like an Atari emulator on a Mac.

I don't like the price on Macs or the complete lack of great games much either!  Did you make that in Photoshop, code it, or find it somewhere?  You should think about posting a link to it for other people, I think c64 nostalgia is a Mac'r.

Never played on the Atari but you have made me think to use an Atari emulator on PC to run Mule for some comparisons.  Emulators might be nice for both platform testing since save states are just wicked shit...

It is a NoSTalgia emulator, and it´s true you can compare the M.U.L.E. from now with the old ones using these emulator.
