Hi,

I started a game with 3 AI players against myself and by the time I'd reached Land Grant #6, it never actually gave me a chance to choose a plot of land after waiting for 10 minutes.  At Land Grant #5, the wait was about 4 minutes.

It doesn't appear to be locked up, the little clock in the corner is still going.
