If you look at my rank,it is not registered. That is due to a bug in 1.2.1. About 30 min before typing this, I updated to version 1.2.1. Then, I tried to play a game in local AND/glow]online play. I get the same error each time. It says-

RuntimeException-Subimage out of sheet bounds 3,0

Help, please. I have no rank(still).

Please attach the log.txt and updater_log.txt files which can be found in the data directory of the game. It will help us to find the source of this error.

Did any previous version, older than 1.2.1, work for you? Please try to download a new copy of the game and tell us if it can be started on your computer. If not, I suggest that you try to update your video card drivers. The latest drivers can be found at your vendors website.

If everything of the above failes please wait for version 1.2.2. We've done some fixes in the upcoming version which might make it work on your computer.

I started by getting 1.2. That gave me the same problem. When 1.2.1 came out, I could barely hold on to my computer chair. I thoght my problems were over. They WEREN'T! So, I posted here, hoping you could help me. I even saw the intro video. I went BALLISTIC when I read I might have to wait for 1.2.2. Can't you help me? Port 6260 is clear, Java 6 update 17 with Java FX is installed, WHY WON'T IT WORK?Huh
Please help. I just want to go back in time while staying in 2010 WITHOUT digging up my old SX-64.

OK, now I am really mad. My old bug was fixed, but now instead of a RuntimeException, I get a MULEException. I got 1.2.2, and I am ready to plant C4 in my computer and blow me and it to smithoreens.
A REALLY REALLY REALLY MAD SERGIG4925.

I cannot even get into a game from the lobby. I get booted from it all when I attempt to join a game or make one.

My best bet is that you have outdated video card drivers. Please try to download newer drivers from your vendors website. Also please try to close all other programs you may have open when you start planet mule. If you know the name of the video card you use then please post it here.

Unfortunately it might be that your video card can't run planet mule, but I honestly don't know what your SiS card supports and not. I suggest that you follow this guide and check that you have the latest drivers: http://www.sis.com/download/

If that doesn't help you can google for SiS video cards and opengl drivers. The website http://www.guru3d.com/ has some drivers not available from vendor sites which can help in some rare cases.

If all fails there is no other option than running the game using a different video card.

OK, by the time you read this, the topic will be locked. I have the latest and greatest drivers, and still. My dad has a PCIe card, which is a port I do not have on my mainboard. So, I will need a new video card.

Thank you Peter,
