Reset/Replace/ or kick AI players

When the AI screws up a renders a online  game unplayble for anybody else then as the title says above?

Not sure if I'm asking the same thing, as the above post wasn't in English, but is it possible to create the following in future incarnations:
Just as you can boot a human and have it taken over by an AI, can you make it so you can boot an AI and have a visiting member jump in?

For example, 4 humans playing.  One gets an emergency phone call and has to leave for 15 minutes.  He gets kicked and D.A.N. takes over.  15 minutes later, the human comes back to the room and the host swaps the AI for the human.

Another example: 2 humans wait and wait for a third and fourth.  They give up and take in 2 AIs.  5 months in, a vistor pops in and says, "Can I play?"  The host kicks out an AI and lets the human take over the final 7 months.

Talking about visitors: When I try to join full running games (just as a visitor) it always says "visitors not allowed". Is there any way to explicitly allow visitors when creating a new lobby? This should be made default IMHO, so that people can watch matches and learn more from other people.
