When playing on Mac in Fullscreen mode the play field is clipped. Attached is an example picture. Tried this on mac book, iMac and mac pro using OS X 10.5 and 10.6.

I get the same thing.  I commented on it a while back, but having the image really explains it.  Nice!

Just tested in Version 1.2 and bug is still there

   In the Mac version, the game will go full-screen, but it centers on the middle so you can't see the whole screen...
