always have to reinstall files/upgrade

Hi--ever since 1.1 came online, every time I go to play I have to re-extract the zipped files and re-download the 4 files that comproses th 1.1 upgrade.  Why does the system not retain these files?  Is there something I need to do?

It would help us if you could attach your update_log.txt and log.txt found in the data directory after starting the program and closing it without logging in.

We hope to correct this issue in version 1.2.
