Planet M.U.L.E Error on startup

I just found this game it looks amazing may i add. But i can't even start it up, I am running windows 7 with a 64bit operating system.

I got Java, I don't know if I need anything else.

Every time I start-up the game by use of the Mule.exe it gives me an error that reads:

"Runtime Exception
com.turborilla.mule.MuleException: javax.imageio.]IOException: Can't get input stream from URL!

I do not know the cause of this and would appreciate any help

Please attach the log files update_log.txt and log.txt found in the data directory of the game. It will help us find the problem.
