I Hosted A Game Once Then I Tried It Again The Next Day And Couldn't Host Anymore. I Still Can't Do It And I Want To Play MULE.

My guess it that you set up port forwarding to your PC without giving it a static address. Then you turned it off, and turned it back on the next day at which point it received a different IP address from your router. Might want to check your current IP address and update the port forwarding rule, or just give your PC a static address (make sure it's not within the DHCP scope of the router).
