Well I just download this to try it out, but when I login to the server, it opens a window (possibly a/the Lobby?) then crashes without warning.  Huh

I'm running Windows Vista 32-bit, with a GeForce 8600 with the latest drivers.

I've attached the log.txt, in case you need that.

NB: It does the same thing whether I try to play online or local.

From your log it doesn't look like you have proper display drivers for a GeForce card. My best guess is that you need to install new drivers. Do other games work for you and in that case which games?

And why tell the log that your System is a Windows XP 5.1 instead of Vista you told about?

For the XP thing, I tried compatibility mode (to no effect.).

And I actually installed the new drivers from GeForce's site again, through this graphic card always has been a little bitchy concerning compatibility.

Lately, every game I played so far worked with those drivers, even Borderlands which had problems before.

I've had a problem one time where my graphic card got disconnected one time and it switched back to the motherboard's, so that might be why it doesn't say I have the proper drivers.

Nevermind, I'm an idiot and forgot to reboot after reinstalling my drivers.  Undecided

EDIT: Wait, now it's not working again! Argh!

EDIT2: I finally found the problem. It was a screening software that allow for broadcasting my desktop live (for Let's Plays and such) that messed with Mule somehow.
