The tiers need to be recalibrated

Cyber is now firmly in the NJ tier. This has brought chaos to the mule world as there is no current heavy volume player to take his place as class leader for the novice group. Some might say mametoc could come to the fore but it is a necessary precondition to speak English to be a tier leader. This is so the fans in Kazakhstan are not left out since many speak some English but obviously very little Spanish.
