Just asking, cause it showed much promise, but there wasn't enough focus to get it finished and reliably playable to where we got a following.

MULE 2 IS DEAD CHUCKY!! All that anticipation and maybe got to play a handful of games with 5players. IMO biggest let down since 'son of mule' for the genesis.

BRING MULE 2 BACK, cuz mule is coming back in a big way..

I wish they could bring MULE to other platforms Android/IOS/PSN. I also wish something could be done about the DC issue. I think the developers should also charge for the game and use some of the funds to buy themselves a fast car and what ever is left to market the game a little.

This would be a perfect digital release for consoles. Its a strategy game that makes sense given the controller available, the audience there would be dying for something like this. Im sure it would make enough revenue to justify the man hours required.

Many of our user base are quite familiar with playing with themselves. Some users though, particularly the euros find playing with other gentlemen to be more enjoyable.

I think enough time has now passed where we can begin to tell the story of how this got derailed. Programming is tricky business. Many who were casual users of Ovaltine while playing Mule 1 leaned heavily on the substance to get through those long nights helping to create Mule 2. Eventually more than half of the crew lost all control and were dosing several times a week. It was thought best to hold off on production of this fine game and to give the crew time to recover and go clean. There is hope though that the game may come out and fulfill its promise by the middle of the next decade. This should also give current luminaries of the game like cyber ranger enough time to truly master Mule 1 before embarking upon a new adventure.

I hope the beta finally sees release someday, the changes to the game actually sound very interesting to me, I played a lot of MULE emulated on a Dreamcast back in college, it was a surprisingly excellent way to play.
