the last 3 games i have played, i have missed out on a plot by someone ranked higher than me in the game.
i don't know if it is because of my high ping or what but it seems to occur later in the game than early.

I've noticed the same thing just recently.  In my last game, three of us went for a plot, and the guy in first position ended up getting it.

sorry i should have stated this was in the land grant phase, although i have seen in a few instances that it also happens in the auctions Undecided

Yeah, please get rid of this silly and annoying bug!

The player in the lower position should always win the land!!!

This is absolutley terrible!

It's almost certainly related to bad pings.  I'll look into it and see if there's something I can do In the next release.

If you have some details:

Pings?
Were you the host?
Was the other person the host?
