Looking to Returning

Curious if everything is still the same as back 6 months ago when i stopped playing?

Question#1 - who should i look out for when playing games(quitters)

Question#2 - Are people still quitting when they lose plots??

Question #3 - are games still freezing and get an abandon on your record even though you didnt abandon  a game??

I really love playing but dont want to waste an hour to hour and half, if people quit and site freezes....
