We believe we've restored full email functionality to the forum, which means new users will get an activation email when they register to become a member. That said, if you notice any issues, whether email-related or not, here in the forum, with the game itself, or anywhere else on the site, please let us know and we'll investigate.

Hope this dude got his email activation. I've been on pins and needles for the past 3 years waiting for an update to this cliffhanger.
