I created an account, played for a while and found out it isnt for me. Now I cant find the in the "help" described option of "actions" in the profile page for this forum account. Can someone of you help?

Well, never tried to, but I'd say, don't worry about it.  There are like 20,000 accounts here that get no use at all.
