Okay when your network timed out in bot games, there is a time period before game host actually disconnects you.
During that time period, it's possible to still type even though you cannot see it appear in your chat screen, and even though you cannot read any replies from your opponent.
While you're typing you have no idea what the other players are typing, or if and whether they're responding to the nonsense you might be writing.
So you might want to just write "sorry guys, screen says I'm timed out, c u later" or "i'm timed out, wud u mind restarting pls", and the other players will be able to read that. Then again, you could just write that in the lobby and same thing is achieved.
Call me a saddo, but I do enjoy this ability to see if I can pull the wool over any one's eyes.
Usually I can't, but I had a decent one today which worked a bit. Reading it back again later, I was sufficiently pleased with myself to see my timing/guess work was near spot on.
