I get a periodic null pointer error when running v.1.3.4.  I am running a windows 7 64bit version on an AMD Phenom 9750 with 8GB and a g-force 9500 video card.  The error reads "Null pointer error."  Then below that it says "null".  Sometimes this happens at the start of the game and sometimes near the end.  Of the 7 games I have tried to play I have only been able to complete 3 of them.  The other terminated prematurely with this error.

Selling 3plots rd 11 causes this, but lately null point has shown up after just one land sale.
