Played a game where in the last round, I had 10 Energy units, and 10 Plots on the map - 8 Crystite scattered about, and 2 Food on the river valley.

When production began and energy was consumed, I was left with 3 Energy. I was expecting all 10 units to be consumed.

Need any additional info?

did you happen to:

a) convert any of your mules to energy? (energy is forecasted based on adding 1 non-energy mule; energy mules don't use up any energy themselves)
b) win that gift of food + energy from offworld relatives?

Neither. This was the last turn in the game so all plots were already owned - I converted my two remaining Energy plots to something else, and relying solely on stored-up Energy.
