I think I had 2 mules end up missing.  I noticed one gone and watched the other dissappear just before start of production.  Might have happened as a runaway mule (no animation) while a different event took place (animated).  Hope this helps.

game VDZ-2330(47.42)

coming back to game board after auction #11 i had 2 cristite mules missing from plots on bottom of play field to the left of the river

this was a very close game and i had a pretty good chance of winning until this happened

same thing happened to me when i got to round 12 after round 11 auction i had 2 cristite mules missing VDZ-2330(47.42)

That was an earthquake Benoit.  I remember feeling sorry for you when the quake caused 2 of your mules to run away.  I am guessing that's what happened to Ozmo also.  There may be a problem where the earthquake isn't appearing to you guys properly.  But the quakes have been appearing ok to me so i am not sure.

If mountains moves (which they often do during Earthquakes) the plots the mountains move from and to will loose it's mules.

Usually happens with plots that have only one small mountain, but I have seen mountains in plots with two mountains where the mountains traveled away from each other and actually effected three plots.
