LOL it's not like I'm trying to get red squares, but I think this planet is cursed.  Pirate Attack, Earthquake, Pirate Attack, Earthquake, Bugs, Bugs, Bugs... bleh beam me up!

It's a very (VERY) heavy game... and by that I mean that you probably need to be a hard-core game player to like this one.  It's almost literally like playing the computer game, except that you and your friends get to do all of the calculations.   Count on maybe 30-60 minutes learning the rules, and then 2-3 hours to play a game.

It's beautiful, but not my kind of thing.  I'd rather play M.U.L.E.

Just had the "bugs ate your farm" event happen to the same player twice in the same game.  Same farm even.  Turn 2 and Turn 8 I believe.
