magic: 21 you must get a plot every begin of the round to develop and produce more goods
tartarus.guard: they are free in the land grab, so you always want to grab yoru one plot

tartarus.guard: you need food unless you want to buy it every round

tartarus.guard: you have been buying it but you can also produce
tartarus.guard: equip a mule with the food (wheat icon) option and put it on a plot of land and it will produce food for you
tartarus.guard: typically you want at least 1 food and at least 1 energy plot for a beginning strategy

tartarus.guard: this way you have your basic building blocks and don't have to rely on market manipulation as much :)
tartarus.guard: then you can get trickerier when you have a good handle on the game
tartarus.guard: on a side note, the auction table doesn't have a maximum that i have ever reached

tartarus.guard: you will have to run quickly 21, you only have 1 food unit so your turn will be short
tartarus.guard: but you can make it if you just buy a mule, equip and run to your plot and drop it

tartarus.guard: you can put it on one of your closer plots and try to run the solar panel out to your further plot or sell it back to the store

tartarus.guard: when you put a mule on a occupied plot it drops the mule you took out there and picks up the mule that was already on the plot
tartarus.guard: so hitting it twice just put the energy mule back down
tartarus.guard: i know it's rough to learn this way, but it does stick better than just reading a tutorial :)
-21: well yeah after failing very badly lol
tartarus.guard: you can still come back, on your next turn just run in to the pub and end your turn, this gives you money
tartarus.guard: then the next turn you can use that to buy a food mule

tartarus.guard: since you only have energy producing plots you don't need to keep much on hand

tartarus.guard: you are now self sufficient :) now you can look at building a smithore or crystite plant on your open plot if you want
tartarus.guard: remember, don't sell more than your surplus on energy

magic: better keep minimum one plus

tartarus.guard: well, that's a strategy choice. minimum plust one is the common best bet
tartarus.guard: so you didn't keep your +1 but you didn't under sell either, so you're ok :)
