Samvega: hello

Samvega: Wow, 53 games. A veteren

Samvega: veteran*

Robbie: Hi. Must jump to the kitchen for short...

Robbie: Hehe right

Agamemnon: Hi. I'm a newbie. That should even out the veteran;-)

Samvega: k, We'll wait a minute or two longer for another

Samvega: Great.. I'm pretty new myself. Don't feel disheartened by your first game.. just tough it out and youll learn alot.

Samvega: Where you two from? Tampa Florida here

Robbie: Ok back. Yers we should wait for another human player. Im from Germany

Agamemnon: I have already learned that pressing "ctrl" to zoom in "readies" me. Seems I cannot "unready"?

Samvega: No big deal.

Samvega: Germany eh? Are you German or just living there?

santye visits

Agamemnon: What's the weather in Tampa?

santye left the game

Samvega: Highs in the 50's this week

Robbie: Im native German

Samvega: Fareneheit, that is. That would be quite warm in celcius

Robbie: Aga, only use Spacebar. Toggeling Ready to unready

Agamemnon: I see. Thank you!

Robbie: If you know the original game, some things are different. For eg. you must press SPACE over a mountain to catch wampus not only walk above.

Agamemnon: I like this zooming in MAC OS. But needs time to get used to it.

Agamemnon: I'm back in 3 mins.

Robbie: Always funny to see ppl. are in lobby the whole day but dont play and dont answer. Like Levend an goodhope there for eg.

Samvega: aga said he'd be back in a minute

Robbie: Agamemnon is away for short. Come back soon

vox left the game

Samvega: What happens if the host drops? Game ends?

Robbie: Nope. Only once more pressing space needed

Round 1 of 12

Robbie: Ah wrong answer

Robbie: yes if you drop the game is abondoned

Samvega: Not that I plan on dropping, but it seems like there should be a feature that allows the host to switch over to CPU in case he has to leave. That way the whole game doesnt have to end.

m dude 923: MOTHERFUCKER

Samvega: I hate when that happens

Agamemnon: Bad luck!

Robbie: Problem with this, is, that the PC of the game host hosts the game. Not the server of planetMULE

Samvega: Yeah, but it'd still allow the host to get up and leave. He'd just have to keep his computer running

Robbie: In this case it would be nice to play further on. But most time the ppl which host close the program. Or connection times out.

Robbie: For the newbies: Pressing space in production phase speeds up the production

Round 2 of 12

Robbie: Grrr i wqas for the last plot right there too. :( So i didnt get any :(

Samvega: One thing that I have found is that you should never compete with the host in anything that requires timing. He will always win because he has the better ping!

Robbie: right :(

Robbie: And if a A.I. player is in game youll never have a chance to get a plot against him

m dude 923: rais the price really high

Round 3 of 12

Robbie: Press SPACE, yepp

Samvega: lucky with crystite aga

Agamemnon: Yeah. With the c64 you did not need that.

Round 4 of 12

m dude 923: ?

Robbie: Speculation

Samvega: ouch

Samvega: starving colony

Samvega: your energy will spoil

Robbie: If you dont sell to store, just loose money.

Robbie: And why produce energy, if not sell it?

Round 5 of 12

Robbie: Not to sell, to raise the prices for goods only make sense if there is nothin in store.

m dude 923: buy the last mule!

Agamemnon: Thanks.

Samvega: Oh I wouldn't have done that.. I thought my turn was last

Samvega: sorry

Round 6 of 12

Samvega: Looks like this is gonna be a crystite game

Robbie: yeah

Agamemnon: too far away ...

m dude 923: haha, its worth like nothin

Round 7 of 12

Samvega: all the special land is gone

Samvega: noooooo

Agamemnon: Greed is a sin.

Robbie: Not in this game ;)

Samvega: SOB mule

m dude 923: haha

Round 8 of 12

Agamemnon: Good luck!

Agamemnon: That was unnecessary!

Samvega: Yeah I think sometimes that I have more time than I actually do

m dude 923: boo

Agamemnon: What the hell was that? Did I accedentally touch space, or what?

Robbie: looked like

Agamemnon: damned mac keypad!

Round 9 of 12

Round 10 of 12

Robbie: Sam, if you hadnt sold your ore to held the price high, i guess you would win for sure.

Round 11 of 12

Round 12 of 12

m dude 923: ESCAPE

Robbie: hehe

Robbie: cannot escape

Game Over. Your progress has been saved.

Samvega: gg all

Robbie: Good game, nice work with the ore.

Samvega: You shouldn't have let me manipulate ore like I did

Samvega: Colony did well tho

Robbie: Yep. But this isnt easy...

m dude 923: good game

Agamemnon: So that is "smithore strategy"? Interesting.

m dude 923: ?

Robbie: But will change in next version i guess

Samvega: Yeah.. it usually wins... except in some cases

m dude 923: whens it comin out

Samvega: Yeah, I think they are going to tweak it so it isnt as easy

Agamemnon: Did that exist in the c64 version, too? Never tried it.

Robbie: If others produce a bit ore and are able to sell it to store, they keep prices low.

Agamemnon: mdude: why did you always depress prices for energy and food?

Samvega: gg, see you guys around

Robbie: In original game, ore has a spoilage. So this dont work
