mo3563: 99% of the time you want to bid $60 more than the next highest player. The next auction always is $60 less.

Piter: so that he could'nt buy the plot if there is next auction this round

Rhodan: always pair up your plots by taking adjoining ones first it increases your production by 1 on each plot
