Several months ago many of you remember i posted a topic about a possible new cheat
well i was told the recent "emergency" update was in responce to some kind of cheat program.
I am not sure about the details but, it seems clear that cheat programs do exist after all!
to all those that did use the cheating program congratz to all. you have a fictional name with a "badge" in ur name on an obscure website...................
My only advice is use /save your cheating methods to win lotto or at minimum a game where you can at least win a free Tshirt at least you have protection from the elements with a piece of cloth!!!!!!!
good luck to tose honest players who thought they had bad luck or no skill
ps I dare the same poeple who stopped the cheat to go over the records and delete the act of the cheaters as they spoiled .......to a degree the fun and wins that belong to a great many non cheating fair players

If it were not for this cheating it is clear Ledron's older brother would have secured multiple gold badges.
Folks, let's not be too hard on Acavia, give the little man a little joy in his life; let him keep his badges.

Acavia was open about his use of this information. I'm too lazy/incompetent to read the log files and figure out how to do it. In a way it is impressive that someone as mule crazy as Acavia has developed these skills.
I'm not sure it's so much different from the tite trackers. People argue they need their tite trackers to maximize their personal enjoyment of the game. Acavia needs his pre-ordained land auction info.
The only clear policy going forward should be zero tolerance for any software aids outside of the game itself. Online poker has taken this stance for a long time, planet mule should be the same. Of course many people still do use software aids in poker, some useful others of dubious value. The major sites stance towards those aids though must have at least slowed their adoption.
There are enough 'geeky' people here that finding ways to 'cheat' is their main source of entertainment playing mule. Philosophically, we must stand together.
The fight starts with a vow to remove your tite trackers.

How can you compare taking notes of whats happening in the game right in front of you (i.e. tite tracker) with sneakily obtaining info from logs on how many auctions there are before they even happen?

It's a slippery slope my friend. I do believe that people 'stealing' log info started their cheating ways with tite tracking. It is clear the game designer did not intend for people to track the assays in an electronic manner. We have previously gone over the reasons why. Many of you are still 'high' on the thrills of tite tracking so will not listen to reason.
Tite trackers are the gateway drug.

Oh "electronic tite tracking," I thought you meant tite tracking in general. Well no need to reopen that discussion anyway. I never tried those but I assume it must be similar to marking assays down on paper, which seems to take some of the fun out of it - but no slippery slope here IMO, apples and oranges

I still don't get the difference between the electronic tracker and paper. The only reason tite tracking wasn't done on the computer before was they didn't multitask and four people were at one keyboard tracking together. I think everyone had paper. Still a dumb arguement against tite tracking.
Am glad to see the predictive auction bug finally gone.

TITE TRACKING IS NOT CHEATING U ARE SIMPLY MARKING WHERE AN ASSAY VISIBLE TO ALL WAS LOCATED IT IS FINE SOME OF US DO NOT HAVE SUPER PHOTO MEMORY BUT THE OTHER FORMS ARE CHEATING.THE DIFFRENCE IS ALL 4 PLAYERS SEE AN ASSAY
THE OTHER FORMS ARE "SECRET INFO" THAT ONLY ONE PLAY CAN SEE NOT THE OTHER 4 THE DOFFRENCE IS VERY VERY CLEAR AND IF EVERYONE WROTE ON PAPER NAPKIN MAPS IT WOULD SLOW THE GAME LEADING TO BRORE BREAKS.PENCIL SHARPENER BREAKS ECT....SO THE DOFFRENCE IS PUBLIC KNOWLEDGE VS THE "SECRET" KNOWN ONLY TO ONE OF THE PLAYERS
