I come from close to Hannover in good, old Germany.
I played MULE on my C64 long time ago and sometimes as emulation on PC too, but always alone. So it was a fortune that I stumbled over this site at Wikipedia.
Played some games now and discovered the provider-cut at 02:30 am that kicked me out of two games...

Aside from MULE-playing I love BattleTech (also over PC - MegaMek) and, of course, board- and cardgames and RPGs.

btw: Does anybody know how to change the MULE-avatar (in game, not in forum)?

In this version the avatar in the game reflects the forum choice, and can't be changed at this point in time.   The only solution currently, is make a smurf (alternate login alias with the avatar you wish to use.)  We somewhat frown on the practice of smurfing, yet we all do have a few known smurfs.  You play with me frequently as the character, "SolidLight"  I have not used "Chuckie Chuck" in a game in quite a while, "Chuckie Chuck" uses a "Humanoid" species.  "SolidLight" uses the "Bonzoid" species.

The avatar isnt very importent. I would now prefer the packer, but my little bird will do it too.
But its nice to "see" the players not only in the game but also here!
