Hi

I have just completed a normal tournament game. I was host, and the other players were Pear, CurseTheCrystalPirates, and buybuy24germany.  I don't know the name as I left it with the default name given to it.

Unfortunately, however, despite finishing the game (Pear abandoned early on, but the rest of us continues till the end) it isn't showing up in any of our ranks, statistics, weekly chart etc.

Is there any way of having this game counted?

It may sound pathetic and desperate, and it is, but I do want to get what I deserve.

I should also add that it was one of those games where my name wasn't visible in lobby although I was there in person.

Either way, I'm not specifically saying its a bug, but would like my win credited to my record if possible.

I just won this game:
http://www.planetmule.com/hi-score-game/game?game_id=35965

It was won on Sunday around 7pm EST which would be around midnight GMT. The game also did not show up in the rankings. I thought I would have the first win of the week.

Would be nice if this was fixed, or at least if you look at these when determining badges.

It's the start time of the game which is used to award badges, and your game started before midnight. This means that it counts in last weeks badges. However, since the game didn't finish before midnight, when the badges are awarded, it couldn't be counted at all.

We should probably change this so that it's the ending time of a game that determines which week it belongs to.

Thanks for the report.

This can happen if the master server is temporarily unavailable. The game will however retry to send the game result until it is successful so you can leave the game running in the ending screen until you see the game show up on the website. The game's chat will also say "Scores saved" when this happens.

If the scores are not saved then there is unfortunately no way to recover the game results.

Did you see chat messages in the game lobby even though your name was not visible? It would be helpful for us if you could save your log file (data/log.txt), the next time such odd stuff happens, and then post it here on the bug forum.

Actually you posted the badge results before the game finished. I checked during the game, so I know it did not go towards the last weeks badges.

It really does not bother me that much because I enjoy mule. However, it would be nice if it could be counted towards something.

Thanks,
