Error: Land Auction for a plot that I just got

A strange thing happened to me during this game:

It seems my Claim for Land Really was not filed correctly when, in Round 9 right after land selection:

The land that I had just selected went up for auction and someone else was able to purchase it and they then became the owner.

The funds used for purchasing the land were transferred from the player that purchased it to me, but I didn't want to sell it in the first place.

I too saw this...rodz plot went up for auction even though he did not mark it.
Fortunately we realized something odd and his plot NOT taken by others.

Same thing happened to me, only I was able (barely) to "re-buy" the plot in a race with an A.I. replacement player.

I did not notice if my available funds changed but I believe they were reduced in the amount of the plot's final sale value. Hopefully this can be teased out from the log.
