Hi all
well I've played Planet MULE and it is a great remake, really hits the "spot" of original. But I still like Traders game much much more, so I would like that Mule 2 have ideas from Traders:
- battle round with battle system same as in traders. That was so great especially with other human players
- buying a new lad was imho better because you needed to race to it if it was bordering another player that also wanted it. that gave small tactical component because if you choose bad starting position, other players could surround you and therefor stop your expansion
- space exploration round was nice but although it needs rockets as a part of game which changes whole mule basics of goods so its just nice feature but not must like battle round
also new features that would be nice:
- upgrade of battle robot that would fight in battle round would affect movement on the overall map so if you get beaten really bad, your characters speed would decrease so in fusion with same buying new land as in traders, you would be seriously affected it your speed is slower that you neighbour
- store to hire mafia for: random attack on random field of chosen enemy, lets say that weakest attack only disables harvest from affected field; more expensive for more damage/fields
- bigger overall map
of course, battle round could be disabled so that fans of pure mule wouldn't be affected it they like pure game without violence...
that's for now. i mean in general i would really like to c traders remake, but mule as traders would be fine also :/
