Suggestion: don't blacklist him. Just play again and go throatcutter on him. That's the way it's done in MULE.
What you saw is just the "protocol" in MULE. When a game loses a player in early rounds, it's a common thing to kill the game and re-start it for all 4 players to play it with no Bots, even if it counts as an abandon for the host. Trust me, players will know the reason that forced you to abort it. In this case, aborting it would have been a better choice than continuing. It has little to do with being first or last in the first rounds, as the final result of the game is not tied to initial position.
Also keep in mind that many users here are grumpy oldies,

so be patient until they know you for your games, not for your hosting rate. Relax, and go throatcutter.
