Player Rankings (Outside of the Game)

Have you guys considered a better ranking system than what you currently have which seems to pretty much rank players by how many wins they have?  This gives a big advantage to players who just have a crapload of time to play a lot of games.  No disrespect to the high ranking players of this game, of course.  I just don't feel that ranking people by their number of wins is a very good method.

I think a chess ranking system would be ideal for this game.  I know that was designed for 1 on 1 matches, but I have seen other games with greater than 2 players utilize it.

   I am yet to even play a game online against another human! I just found out about planet mule and am playing a few practice games even though i have played MULE for 25 years. Since i cant play that often i will probably always be at the bottom of the rankings with the current rankings system even though i know how to play well. Damn rip! Some people have jobs and families! :Let us have a break! Winning % with atleast 20 games minimum or spmething!?
