Linux lc4eb6223761680 2.6.30.10-105.fc11.i686.PAE #1 SMP Thu Dec 24 16:41:17 UTC 2009 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux
T400 with dual display, compiz. Pressing X to close the game will reset the displays to have only one display active (external). The java process does not exit and needs to be killed from shell.

Seconded.

Happens on a MSI wind u100 running ubuntu 9.04, with gnome and compiz. On exit, sets the configuration to single screen. Java exits correctly, though.

Furthermore, the game is displayed on the foreground, obscuring other windows (including confirmation popups from the game itself).
