just played this game http://www.planetmule.com/hi-score-game/game?game_id=34272

We lost 2 players 2 A.I. one guy had a battery problem on his laptop, the other just dropped out... either way the AI using Benoit's player was doing an assay in development #4 and got stuck between tiles on the left side of the map. Then in Development #7 the A.I. Playing racdog did the exact same thing. He got stuck doing an assay on the right side of the map.  The timer ticked down and the game continued, but it seems the AI was waiting for the assay to finish but it never did...

I've seen this once too, someone timed out of a game, and the following round A.I. assayed, and sat right outside the right side of the store, bouncing as if to move, but no movement.  Timer ticked down, turn over.

This seems to be caused when an AI tries to assay a plot that the player that it replaced had already assayed.  Probably coded to resume its turn once assay has finished, but since you are not allowed to assay the same plot twice it just sits there until its turn is over.

Yes, that's probably the case. I've noted this bug to be fixed in the next release.

While I'm hesitant in reviving an old topic, I too have experienced AI bot hang-ups when they assay land.
It seems to consistently occur when the AI tries to assay the plot adjacent to the river just to the lower left of the store.  A blip can be heard like that of a player hitting his space bar/trigger button, but the assay bot does not release to assay the plot.  It remains hovering over the AI's shoulder as the AI stands in place for the remainder of its turn.  Note that the position of the AI's avatar is in the upper right corner of the plot, perhaps touching the right boundary line of the plot.
It could also be timing related.  The trigger may be occurring before the AI registers as being in the plot, or may be in conflict with exiting the store and being registered on the plot map.

Thanks,
