Can anyone tell me how to do this on a mac?
I don't see any png files or any image files really, just .jar and some weird looking files. I don't want to mess up the game so it doesn't work.
Thanks, Chauncey

Planet Mule 1 / Bugs 1.3.x / Planet Mule icon now does not appear when cycling programs..

I have a mac, I'm curious if this might be a problem only for mac users.
When I use the keyboard shortcut (command+tab) to cycle through all open applications, planetmule isn't there anymore. It was always there before. Once the game has started it doesn't matter anyway, but if you are waiting to play it is very annoying to not be able to check in periodically without going down to the dock or finding the application manually.
Note: it would be ctrl+tab or alt+tab on PC I think.

The kicking mechanism must be there - what if someone walks away from the game or a users poor connection locks up the game so it is frozen indefinitely?
It's true that a lot of players are wary of playing unknown quantities (*with good reason), but what you are describing about people just deciding to kick you in the middle of a game because you are new sounds very unusual, and leads me to believe you either had a run-in with a few bad apples or there may be some misunderstanding such as your connection was idling and you were kicked automatically, not by a person. I hope you can figure it out and stick around.
*Anyone can just quit and ruin the game at any time. This is a very cool game and the dynamics are very much compromised if a computer player takes over. This is why reputation is so important. Remember the game takes an hour and a half and pretty much demands full concentration. Nobody wants it to be a headache to play MULE (like you said, it should be fun). There are plenty of people that will play a new player, but you have to understand why many won't....
Hope to play you sometime..

Thank you for that information, Chuckie. Turns out that urge to try the Atari Version has temporaily passed for me, but I'm sure it will return sometime soon, when I am bored/have some extra time. I'll have to get an Atari 800 emulator.
That is interesting, I never played an Atari 800 i guess. Thought they were all consoles before the ST. That makes sense, I was somewhat shocked when I first heard that MULE was first on the Atari, and the graphics looked too good when I saw the screenshots.

@Chuckie, I have no issue with removing the last auction info from the log. I have disabled the command in the bot and have not seen anyone vote to turn it on yet.
Yes, I appreciate this Mainstream. I think at this point we are inquiring about the possibilities of moving that data in the log, so no one can extract it in a roundabout way (Not talking about the hosting bot anymore, even though that is the thread). Hoping people will chime in enough where it may attract developers attention. And in fact, if a fair amount of people are being quite the opportunists with this information, then well it almost seems like it SHOULD be easily accessed by a simple command. But even in that case, it would only be then fair, WITH the hosting bot, so I don't know.

That above was a quote from Dynadan. I dont know to use the quote thing properly...
Couldn't really figure out the log business, kinda gave up (maybe I just don't want to know) I see the chat log, and the individual logs. Don't see any "main" log. I guess you have to download all of them?
Maybe I'll revisit it later if I get the feeling that a lot of people are doing it.
