Title: The highest food price ever?

We had a bot producing food like it was going out of fashion, and refusing to sell at any price. Can anyone top a buy price of $1400?

Just too funny, i dont remember bots being that dumb for the c64....only once, i played a mule clone yrs ago and the bots hardly moved at all. Is it that hard for programers to make a "smart" ai for mule?? I mean if they did, people like uschi wouldnt exist. Btw hes been in the lobby all night/id say about 5hrs now ,just sitting there /mute and i tried everything to get him to join me but he wouldnt!! i tried taunts an everything...he prob. read rodz little comment bout me being a sore loser host. Oh well.
ttyl man
ps.im making yo pic my new background on my laptop...funny how my cam wont let me take an image off planetmule screen eg.my highest score/did you use a blackberry to take that pic?or cell ph?

I just hit the Print Screen key at that moment, then after the game ended paste the screen shot into Paint and cut the part I wanted. Easy as 1-2-3!

In the C64, auctions never went past $400 because the timer ran out quicker. IMO, the C64 version is flat out the better game in this regard. The timer in land auctions is also ridiculously slow, allowing land to go up in price too fast. Of all the changes in the game, this change effects gameplay the most.

If I'm not wrong, I guess I remember that the AI offered and sold stuff for prices beyond the middle line. The change they made in the latest version made the AI more aggressive toward the player, but at the cost of making it dumber so it will never offer more than $25 for an item even if they badly need it. They just stop there and don't move, unless the player offers to get/sell it. In that case they move to make the player unable to buy/sell for the desired price. I'm sure the bot would have sold it in previous version.
