Title: Hi-DPI on Windows makes PlanetMULE Microscopic

I am running a Dell Precision 7710 scientific workstation, with a 4K (3840x2160) display, and Planet MULE looks a wee bit microscopic. Is there code so I can perhaps, fix this? ;)

Temporarily drop the res down to say 1680x1050 when you want to play?

They didn't make it rescalible in window mode, there is a full screen mode that will rescale if the settings.txt file is configured correctly, but then you lose chat, and there is a memory leak when you switch in an out of full screen.  If full screen does not rescale for you, find settings.txt in mule/data folder, edit in notepad, change snapFullScreenScale from True to False.  My laptop won't rescale when it is set to true.  For me, I don't use full screen, but if I did, I would want it to use the full screen, lol.
