Well, not exactly a bug, but ...
Games that start before midnight GMT and end after midnight don't seem to be counted toward earning badges for either week.  Games started before midnight should either count toward the weekly win count for that week or else count toward the coming week.  Now they just disappear into a big black hole ...  :-\

And Alp wins about 94% of those games, so if someone could please get on that, that would be great.

Ive played many games during the reset and my wins have always counted toward the next week. The cutoff is not always the same, mostly beween 4pm and 6pm pdt. The black hole you speak of doesn't exist, you prob got the win to count for the previous week but had no way to check after the reset, idk. But being that I have the MOST gold badges out of anyone you should take my word for it, i once thought about this but quickly figured out the win did count toward the previous week or the next. No black hole!

*sigh*  Well, I do hate to question the word of an elite, but ....
I know it didn't count toward the previous week, because the badge winners were posted before the game was over -- and I would have won one if the game had counted.  And I know it didn't count toward the coming week, because the win didn't show up in the top 10 list.  That's all I can tell you about it. 
I would say, the best alternative is to make the end time of the game determine which week it counts for.  That way, the comp can declare the results at midnight GMT.

BTW, if you would like to check for yourself, look at the week from 1/19 - 1/25.  Gohar, C64MuleBoot, and I all had 7 wins; MrGood had 6.

Well maybe someone else had won before the cut off also, bumping you out. I guess if you know it all smart asses dont want to take my word for it you can always msg the master -data2008. He will most likely confirm what I told you the first time. Have a good day!
