Men who can play and win regardless of the intoxicants they have dumped into their body. Men who have gone against the planet mule herd and retained all of their biological manly features. Men who can still urinate while standing. Men who are not afraid to post bare chested pics of themselves as their avatar. Men who have the masses enthralled with their every move and have dedicated fan clubs. Finally, men who have fully functioning qwerty keyboards acquired with wealth they themselves have created.

Due to possible conflict of interest I can only nominate Nordel to join this exclusive group. Perhaps others may elect to create fan clubs for other well known Mule characters who embody those legendary attributes mentioned above and in time seek to nominate them to Legend status.
