Title: iPad version / source code Post by: Mud on October 18, 2011, 21:23 I just got an iPad and, to my surprise, my favorite use is playing same-device multiplayer games with my friends and family. I'd love to have a version of M.U.L.E. for it! I'm a developer, so I'm willing to write it myself. That's not that hard to do in terms of graphics (obviously) but replicating the game logic of the original is rather daunting. So....
I see that the Bunten family has a website up (http://www.ozarksoftscape.com). Has anyone contacted them about the possibility of getting the original source code? Failing that, is there any chance I could get a copy of Planet M.U.L.E.'s source, if I ask very nicely (pretty please!) and promise not to distribute it? Even if it was just the modules relevant to the game logic, that would be a huge head start.
