Title: Abandons Post by: Agitator on October 08, 2011, 15:22 i am new to planet m.u.l.e ; had a bad connection and abandoned my first 4 games. Connection is excellent now- internet provider issue and all sorted. The problem is that no-one will start a game with me with a record of 5 games and 4 abandons. Can I have my stats reset or is there any way to alert other players that this was a temporary issue but is now fixed so i can enjoy a game without being tagged as some type of lepper?? Rather see a fresh record than 5/4
Title: Re: Abandons Post by: Rogue Cat on October 14, 2011, 22:16 Another option is playing some games against 3 computer players until your played/abandoned games are a bit more balanced. Just don't abandon the games versus the bots. ;D I gave a player leaving a game a second chance. It was a mistake, but it served for knowing if it was worth to play with him/her/it. There will be players giving you a chance to play a game, but another sudden disconnection can be bad for your reputation. Just keep trying, and if you need to, explain the story.
