Title: bug reporting forum Post by: arghman on December 09, 2009, 02:53 Not sure how you guys are managing bug reporting/tracking behind the scenes (I assume you have additional software besides the bug reporting forum posts... right? :/ ) but if that's still an evolving thing, try looking at JIRA -- we bought a license for a small team, 10 users for $10/year. MongoDB (http://jira.mongodb.org/secure/Dashboard.jspa) and Apache (https://issues.apache.org/jira/secure/Dashboard.jspa) are using JIRA and exposing some of their database to outside users for bug reporting. I've contributed a few bug reports to MongoDB and it's been very helpful to see what's going on for the issues I reported.
if you already have issue-tracking software, just curious: what kind are you using? |
