Does only Port 6260 work for Planet M.U.L.E.? Tried 6261 for someone who shares my internet connection but that does not work.

Must be something wrong with your network configuration.  Both computers should be able to play from a shared connection without a problem.

Has to be Port 6260.  Remember, Win Firewall is independent from your hardware too.  If you have a good solid hardware router, firewall at the PC level isn't really necessary.  I turn them off.  Set it up on the hardware, as it has to be done there first anyway.
