Firstly, we are aware of the issue where a game seems to be going fine and then just suddenly stalls. And I personally am aware how annoying it is, when playing a game, and you realise "it's done it AGAIN?!!!"
But, please help us gather more data on this problem. Firstly,
read about how to submit a bug report.
Secondly, we have no way to tell which abandoned games are abandoned due to stalls, and which are because you all got bored or something. So in this thread, please post your experiences - how often it happens for you, which phases it happens in, etc. We have no clue if it is happening in 90% of games or 10%. Maybe keep a note of this on a post-it or something.
You can post logs related to this issue in this thread (attach them using the Additional Options) button under where you type your reply. But if you want, just post every time a game flakes out on you, and tell us which game it was and which phase.
