If anyone cares to check this out someone made a fun risk-like game called MULE Wars a few years ago as an entry in a game programming contest.

 My atari stella emulator wont run this, i get high screaming noise , wish it as as easy to open as this-http://www.gamedesign.jp/flash/dice/dice.html

Stella is an Atari 2600 emulator. You'll need to use an Atari 8-Bit (e.g. Atari 800) emulator for this one.  Grin
