Despite having 3 other players opposing us in mule, we can sometimes be our own worse enemy.

There are some things which just annoy the heck out of me when i do it,. They may not impact much on the game in actuality, but they are nonetheless completely silly decisions.  I don't mean poor decision making, that's slightly different. I mean just pure absent mindedness

So decided to make a thread in case anyone wants to share their mental trauma with the forum.

I'll start off with 3:

1) Buying surplus food thinking its energy
2) Opponent has 2460 dollars. Bidding 2424 dollars thinking I've added the obligatory 60 dollars only to see opponent rush up last second to nick the plot cos I didn't read his cash amount properly.
3) Putting mule on someone else's plot thinking its your colour.

I have issues, with the first one only(have done other 2 in past a few times). I think why it happens is there was pirates that rd, and your time is thrown off when your on auto pilot during the game, the crystite auction lasts for about 2seconds while your thinking you have time before the food auction starts up.

4) Incorrectly calculating that you didn't have enough money to prevent people from selling smithore to the store.

5) Not getting a plot during land grant because you somehow thought you got the one you wanted, but you actually didn't.

6) Forgetting that you're too low on nrg, if even just one

7) picking a river plot because I miscounted the open spots left... Sad

Cool Selling a unit of food too many...

Sigh...

I'll always stay a 21% player....

:-)
