and i said "i won, in your face" ... even though clearly i had lost, [sorry about rambling on...]
but Nordel and the player called "?" had kicked me from the game on the 12rd, in the energy auction!

yo nordy, the blue wants some smurfs erased as bot tells everyone he has bad rep...which makes it hard to get a game with any humans. Now i did read the chat log before i spoke and the blue selling plots to win is fair game, so chill your balls guys! You went apeshit on him when he won , making yall look like sourpusses. As for null point error, whos says it happens every time you put up 3plots rd 11?? cuz ive seen games finish with no error due to selling plots(or 3) rd 11. Maybe you need to get some more games under your belt before you freak on a noob.

Maybe there's no point in getting into this, but I'll give my opinion anyway.

First, let's check the chat log and the game log:

Let's study the game progress... From round10 to round11, we can see a massive money increase by the other three players, surely due to massive ore sales. He was kicked in round 12, but you can't sell anything in round 12. So, even if he did the best gameplay, and even selling a plot, he would be virtually impossible to recover the ranking position.

As for the chat log, must I say that both of them seem partially guilty to me. Except Wahnsinn, who was neutral in the fight. Anyway, getting into the chat log:

In round10, he seemed to have sold all the ore. Thus, losing a sure investment for the next round reaching the max price. Bad move. It happens sometimes, so not a major problem.

In round11 they warned him about the bug that usually kicks players out when selling land in last rounds. He sold it, and the ambience began to heat up. Comments like "ass" by part of ?, and "moron" by part of nordel.
They follow with "soft" warnings like:
"u will not be welcome out here if anyone gets the boot....blue" and
"as a noob you should listen and dont be a smartass",
luckily, the bug was not triggered this time, and no one was kicked, so there should be no real problem so far. This is the time when the matter should have been settled.

After this point, must I say that theBlue had a bit of "unsportsmanlike" behaviour. OK, you say "I won" once, and that should be enough. But then he kept "poking" with similar comments, that seems to be the real reason he was kicked out.

Overall: giving a neutral opinion, I guess that the worst behaviour came in this order:
theBlue, nordel and ?.
theBlue: for excessive poking. That's a bit unmature, and we all have to control our mood when playing. If we abuse it, it can become tedious.
nordel: for losing his temper and being prone to "soft" insults. It's easy to understand it after being poked, specially with new players, but it's something we all have to face sooner or later.
?: very much like nordel, but much more patient. Again, because of the excessive poking, but answering an unpolite behaviour (poking) with a similar one (kicking) is a bad thing too.

To sum up:
theBlue, we all love being able to claim "See, I was right, you were not", but just once. More than that will just be useful for annoying other players. The extra poking should be avoided all the time.
nordel, avoid the insulting sessions in forums, because it just make you look like a jerk, even when you might have had a fair reason for it.
?, you were more patient, but the kicking vote was it. Even when it had no real effect in gameplay at that point.
And Wahnsinn, boy, try to be a little more talkative. Even if it is just pointless chattery.
