The game becomes unplayable.

Today i just started a game with the bot with four human players.

The pings were high (around 210ms for me). I got FPS drops to as low as 7. The game stutters walking is difficult. It was unplayable.

The other day, when all the bots were down, someone hosted a game and the gaming went smooth. I dont think the FPS drop was always there.

Any idea what this could be? (and yes, i closed all other programs while playing)

And how do i open my ports, had my ports open, but i got a new modem from my provider.

Can be closed. Problem was hardware related from my side. So it seems.
